Quality / Comfort:

My YouTube configuration currently includes a camera (Canon RP) HDMI cable plugged into my Bestview S7 7 field monitor. It works well for me, but I sometimes have to unplug due to limited space in my studio (basement). Why not go wireless then wire?

Sometimes I also make full-time videos, so this is also useful. Holland was a brand that I saw often. These are a little more expensive than the others I've seen, but I decided to give them a try considering the reviews I saw were positive.

Inside the box you have a transmitter-receiver, four antennas, extra storage, AC adapter, booklet.

The power adapter is the same for all regions, but may have different spots, depending on your country. DC socket on the other hand. You can use it to get your transmitter or receiver. You want someone who can be the real recipient for the most part.

The MARS 400S Pro is a redesigned version of the MARS 400S. It has a new shape, takes up less space, is made of metal case. You have the Holyland logo on your left. A nice OLED screen in the middle তিনটি three buttons on the right; Select key up և, down և OK

There's a button on the back that lets you unplug the battery and you can turn off the fan just below it. You have three ways to connect the device. Sony NP-F series batteries, USB-C, or wall-mounted power adapters are plugged into the DC connector in the lower right corner.

There is a power button next to the USB-C port and a full-size HDMI connector inside The receiver has an HDMI output and the transmitter has an HDMI input. SDI port on the right.

You connect the two antennas from the top. Cool shoes with 1 / 4-20 yarn are distributed. These beautiful shoe brands are color coded to determine who is the transmitter and who is the recipient.

Basic information about your brand on the right, serial number: certificate.

Take a closer look at the SDI ports on the left. The receiver has an SDI output and the transmitter has an SDI input. There are extra holes for the fan just above it.

This is what it looks like when you install the antenna of MARS 400S Pro. Antennas can sing at 45 or 90 degrees և rotate as desired.

I read that even if you want less visibility, you can replace antennas with solid FPV antennas like Stubby Foxeer Lollipop antennas. But you need two sets.

As mentioned, you can connect the MARS 400S Pro using a wall-mounted power adapter or, as shown, using a Sony NP-F battery. The bigger the battery, the longer the battery life. I have an F970 battery on the left and an F550 on the right It gives you an idea of battery life.

The third version is via USB-C. The portable battery can be used to power the MARS 400S Pro. One thing I've noticed is that it only works with USB-C to USB-A cables. USB-C to USB-C cable will not work. Just remember if you are going to use batteries to get your devices.

OLED screen is beautiful and easy. When in standby mode the brightness of the screen decreases. The light turns on when changing settings.

For the receiver, it displays transmitter signal, fan indicator, input power / voltage, WiFi ID, switch-off և video signal (for example, 1080p60).

Rotate through the waves by pressing the up and down arrows on the main screen. Pressing the square button will open the menu. In the menu you can change things like view mode, fan speed, channel scan, language, combination, reset, system settings like WIFI password.

Here the MARS 400S PRO transmitter is installed on my Canon R6 with HDMI cable. The new design gives it a nice low profile ে balances it

For this review, the MARS 400S Pro receiver is temporarily connected to a 5.7-inch FEELWORLD F6 portable monitor , powered by a Sony NP-F battery. Without the source, the monitor simply displays the Holland logo.

When everything is turned on, the wireless transmission works very well. In this image, the monitor may be in another location or room. Of course, there is a slight delay, which is normal for any wireless video transmitter. Holyland says the delay is 0.08 seconds, but nothing can cause problems.

MARS 400S Pro allows you to shoot live using USB-C to RJ45 adapter standard RJ45 cable. The cable will go directly to your computer or switch, which will require an RJ45 cable for your computer.

You can connect the MARS 400S Pro to your tablet or smartphone via WIFI by downloading the Hollyview app ( iOS / Android ). You have several observation options.
  1. 2 RX - 0 application
  2. 1 admission - 2 applications
  3. 0 RX - 4 attachments

As I showed at the beginning of the review with my "Wireless" configuration, the images above are my "Wireless" configuration with the MARS 400S Pro. He has cleaned the area very well. And there's no hanging wire, with those HDMI wires, I wasn't confined to where I could be. If I had to shoot in another part of the house, I could easily move. And if I ever decide to mount the camera on the ceiling, I can do it without the hanging wire.

Conclusion. Overall, the Hollyland MARS 400S Pro HDMI / SDI Wireless Video Transmitter is well-built, reliable and flawless. I like that you have many ways to increase the transmitter և receiver OLED screens work well in dark places on sunny days.

Multiple observation options provide much more flexibility in the collection of different power options. To do all this together you need to get HDMI cables because they are not included

I plan to use it at home for my YouTube videos, as well as for full-time use when things get back to normal.

Now I need to find a suitcase to deliver safely.
