- MacOS : Open LuminarAI. Select LuminarAI> Check for updates from the top menu bar. If you purchased the Mac App Store, open the App Store and go to the Updates tab.

A reflection of the sky
You do not have to worry about replacing the sky with watercolors. Ocean, river, lake, pond, nothing. The new sky automatically adjusts the angle and depth of the space, delivering stunning results down to the finest detail. It even adds shine to the water.
Once the new sky is ready, use the Reflection Amount slider to adjust the intensity of the reflection to your liking.

SkyAI now delivers real-time light by removing the bright colors of the sky on the front panel. The following slides give you complete control over how SkyAI re-illuminates the scene.

- Relight Human offers unique controls for real-world lighting. Use this slider to create soft natural light in everyday portraits and photos.
One of the most difficult tasks of traditional editing software is to align the new sky with the main horizon. New and improved controls help accurately adjust the replaced sky.
- Rotate the alternate sky to change the direction of the sun.
- Rotate the sky replaced with the Z axis for full extension.
- You can also change the sky freely using the Vertical Sky Offset and Horizontal Sky Offset commands. Place it exactly where you want it and it will stretch evenly, horizontally.
When two images are combined, many small differences, such as film grains, appear to be inaccurate. With new and improved tools, artists now have the control they need to add a new sky and achieve tangible results.
- Grains, focus and atmospheric fog help to create a calm and tangible effect by matching the original scene.
- Div overlap is responsible for keeping the rest of the page from fading.
- Repair details take care of small defects at the edge of the replaced sky.

Flexible textured overlay
In Update 2, Environmental Mask adds new creative possibilities. The Texture tool now offers advanced controls for changing textures and image overlays.
PNG overlay
Transparent PNG files can now be loaded as textures in LuminarAI. These files can be used to add special effects to photos, including watermarks, text, emojis and other decorative elements.
Ease of installation
New overlays can be easily moved, copied, rotated, rounded and easily placed anywhere. There are also blending modes and masks to better control how the object interacts with the original image.
